2. Description of Services

Northern Frontier Health provides telehealth consultations, house call medical visits, primary care, urgent care, infectious disease management, mental health medication management, medical weight loss, and chronic pain management services. Our services are available in Montana, California, and Tennessee for telehealth, and in Lincoln, Sanders, and Flathead Counties, Montana for house calls.

3. Not Emergency Services

Northern Frontier Health does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care.

4. Patient Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals located in states where our providers are licensed. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and appointments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

5. Payment and Pricing

Northern Frontier Health operates as a direct-pay practice. All fees are disclosed upfront before services are rendered. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance directly; however, we can provide superbills for patients who wish to submit claims to their insurance carriers. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Membership plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

7. Telehealth Consent

By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to provide clinical services at a distance. You understand the limitations of telehealth, including potential technology failures and the inability to perform physical examinations remotely.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Northern Frontier Health and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Northern Frontier Health provides medical services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Frontier Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
