Subscription and Membership Refund Policy

Northern Frontier Health offers subscription or membership-based services that provide access to telehealth care in California, Montana, Texas, and Tennessee, where available based on location and plan, in-person services. By enrolling in a membership or subscription program through our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Billing
Membership or subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. By enrolling, you authorize Northern Frontier Health to automatically charge the payment method provided at the time of enrollment for all applicable recurring fees unless and until you cancel in accordance with this policy. Membership benefits begin immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan details and subject to service availability in your state. A one-time registration fee of $100 will be billed at the time of membership, if applicable to the selected plan. This fee is non-refundable. If a membership is canceled and restarted, you will be subject to paying the registration fee again.
2. Cancellation of Membership
Membership cancellation may be done at any time by contacting Northern Frontier Health or through the account portal, if available.
- Cancellations will stop future billing cycles and prevent renewal charges for subsequent billing periods.
- Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless the membership is terminated earlier under this policy.
3. Refunds for Membership Fees
Membership or subscription fees are generally non-refundable nor prorated once the applicable billing period has begun, except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in this policy. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Northern Frontier Health is unable to provide the covered services in your state or to you due to unforeseen operational circumstances
- Other situations reviewed by Northern Frontier Health on a case-by-case basis, consistent with applicable law
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise required by applicable law, and may take a reasonable time to process.
4. Unused Benefits
Membership benefits that are not used during the billing period do not roll over and are not eligible for refunds or credits, unless explicitly stated in the membership plan details or required by applicable law.
5. Termination of Membership by Northern Frontier Health
Northern Frontier Health reserves the right to terminate a membership or subscription for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of clinic policies
- Abuse of services
- Non-payment or chargebacks
- Inappropriate behavior toward staff
If a membership is terminated by Northern Frontier Health, any refund will be determined based on the circumstances of the termination and applicable law.
6. Changes to Membership Plans
Northern Frontier Health reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or terms from time to time, subject to applicable law. Patients will be notified of material changes prior to the next billing cycle.
