Payment for telehealth services booked through our website is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are submitted through our website and processed securely by a third-party payment processor.
2. Completed Services
Once a telehealth consultation has been completed, no refund will be issued for the services rendered.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase through our website. Refunds are processed through our third-party payment processor. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution or card issuer.
